How the scores work
Safety score (0-10): from the stop-level check of the exact bus/train stops for the commute. PROBLEM verdicts with violent crime score 3, encampments or drug activity score 4, WATCH with no reports at the stops scores 6-7. "No reports found" does not prove an area is clean, so no listing scores above 7.
Fit score (0-10): how well the listing matches your rules. Points come off for price near the cap, longer commutes even inside the 35-minute limit, commutes over 35 minutes, or unconfirmed details. EV charger adds a bonus point.
